Whatever your hair goals are, you want your hair to be optimal. Shiny, elastic and healthy hair is essential for all lengths. But if you are trying to grow your hair and prevent damage, you may have to try some unconventional methods.

Secret # 1 – Take your vitamins!
Hair specialists like to remind us that it’s impossible to change the speed with which your hair grows. Average hair growth is “per month, I can only accelerate my normal growth rate to 1/4” every month by taking supplements for my hair.

There are hundreds of bottles with the word “hair” on the label, but they are not all created equal. First, take a multivitamin that covers all the needs of your body. Then you can worry about extra nutrition for your hair.

Hair-like complex B, biotin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, iron, zinc, linseed oil, currant seed oil, algae and silica. If you want to be more sure that your hair gets what you want, you also take an amino acid complex.

Your hair is a by-product of your body functions. If your body works with the best nutrition, it can produce a better product.

Secret # 2 – Scalp Massage
By massaging your scalp for 5 minutes a day, your hair can become thicker, thicker and faster. You can choose if you want to dry it or if you need oil or scalp treatment. You can even do it by shampooing.

The massage stimulates the circulation of the scalp. The blood brings nutrients to the follicles and it helps them to do their job. In addition, the massage of the scalp is an excellent stress reducer. Less stress = nicer hair.

Use distilled water as the last rinse. Tap water leaves minerals on the hair that can make them dull and damaged.

If your hair is very dry, you should not wash it every day.

If you have fine, thin hair, avoid thick, thickening shampoos. They dry your hair.

Stay away from hair accessories that contain metal.
Nobody said it would be easy to have beautiful, healthy hair. This requires reflection and experimentation. But because big hair can change or change your appearance, it’s always worth the effort.
